KARATE COMBAT (Fight Club) are intense 50 minute training sessions incorporating aspects of tough combat sports like MMA, Boxing and Muay Thai. With incredible fitness benefits, Karate Combat is an excellent form of subsidiary training alongside our more traditional classes.

Through conditioning exercises, impact training and sparring, Fight Club develops the body to be explosive and powerful whilst forging a ‘never quit’ attitude. Although these sessions do not require a Karate Gi or any previous experience, regular attendees are advised to purchase their own gum shields, hand wraps, gloves and shin/instep protectors.
